What does your project look like?

New Construction

If you have already met with an architect, we begin by reviewing the building plans that have been established, and discussing the style and aesthetic you are hoping to create in the space. We do this typically through concept photos you bring to us, or vice versa. With this, we can establish the design direction for the house, and begin moving through room-by-room, detail by detail. The end goal is a complete design package for the builder, including all plans, millwork and tile elevations, fixtures, finishes and paint selections. We are in close communication with the builder throughout the entire construction process throughout completion, ensuring that every design detail has been understood and implemented.

Every project is unique and whether all services are required, from interior architecture to decorating, or only a select few in between, we can create a proposal that’s specific to your project and be sure you’re getting exactly what you need.

Renovation

We begin by taking a look at your current space, discussing your concerns on the likes, dislikes and what your hopes and needs are for the future. This might include a few bathrooms and a kitchen, or an entire gut and reno. We would help in creating an existing set of drawings for the house, and proceed with the re-design according to your particular aesthetic. You may require our services only on a consultation basis, or you may require a full design package which includes new partitions, electrical and finishes plans, millwork, tile and stone drawings, selection of all finishes (tiles, hardwood, stone, etc) and fixtures (hardware, plumbing, electrical), furniture selection and purchasing.

The designer doesn’t stop once the design is done. We are skilled at ensuring the intended design be realized as accurately and smoothly as possible with clear and diligent project coordination services throughout the renovation. This includes constant communication between yourself, the builder, vendors, suppliers and trades through to completion.

Decor

We begin by discussing in detail the scope of work you have in mind, as well as your design aesthetic and budget. We then take measurements of your space and create a furniture plan for layout discussion purposes. This layout may include some pieces you already have, or a fresh start altogether. We will propose the new pieces, their placement, cost, finish and delivery times.

We can be as involved as you like, taking care of payment processing, shipment and styling on site. Conversely, we can work on a consultation basis only, leaving the rest to you. Every project is unique and requires a slightly different approach. Our only true aim is to make sure that at the end of the day, you’re happy with the product and service you have received.

Consultation

If you’re stuck for ideas or solutions, we can provide a consultation to help you figure it out. Two hours of design consultation within the city of Toronto for $250 + tax. For consultations outside the city of Toronto, but within the GTA, a $50 additional fee will be applied.
